Shipping Policy

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 3-5 days of production time for your order to ship out. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days in addition to production time. Typical delivery time frame is between 7 to 10 business days; however, you may receive your items much earlier depending on your location. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as weather conditions, customs or postal delays. We are not responsible for shipping delays once your items leave our facility. 

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at info@tinaraenaturals.com.

Incorrect Address
 

Please ensure and always double check that the address provided is correct and complete. Once your order has been placed, we cannot update your address. Tina Rae Naturals is not responsible for packages that are delivered incorrectly or returned due to incorrect submission. 

 

Lost, or Stolen Packages 

Tina Rae Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost or stolen and tracking shows delivered, please file a claim with USPS.
